CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Please read carefully.
By booking a ride with us, you are agreeing to these terms.

For cancellations, please contact us via phone (806-488-2180) 24 hours in advance for a full refund.  Refunds are also available for rides cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed.

Refunds are not available to those who fail to comply with rider restrictions, fail to arrive on time for their reservations, or booking errors that are not brought to our attention.

If you accidentally book the wrong date/time you must contact us at minimum 24 hours prior to your reservation to fix this. We have no way of knowing if you booked the wrong date/time, so please be sure your reservation is correct. Refunds are not issued for booking errors unless we are notified well in advance of when you are wanting to ride.
